Unstuck is an 8-week well-being and emotional reset program designed to complement therapy, support nervous system regulation, and help people reconnect with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

  • Clients experiencing burnout, emotional overwhelm, or low motivation
  • Individuals navigating major transitions (e.g. work, identity, relationships)
  • People who feel stuck, reactive, or disconnected from themselves
  • Therapy clients seeking experiential tools between sessions
  • Clients in post-crisis recovery or preparing for return to work/life roles

How It Works

8 weeks of guided support via structured learning, reflection prompts, SPARK assessments, and Aria (AI-powered support coach).

Optional add-ons: human-led coaching, community integration, and workplace return readiness support.

Clinical Suitability

  • Designed to complement therapy, case management, or psychosocial recovery
  • Works alongside NDIS and mental health support frameworks
  • Not suitable as standalone treatment for unmanaged clinical risk, active psychosis, or acute crisis states

    No. It’s designed to reinforce therapeutic work and emotional regulation between sessions.
  • Will I receive updates about my client?
    Only with consent. Otherwise, it’s participant-led and confidential.
  • Is this suitable for younger clients?
    The current cohort is tailored for adults 18+, but adolescent versions are in development.

All participant information is treated with strict confidentiality. We will only communicate with clinicians or care teams where explicit, written consent has been provided by the participant, in line with ethical and legal standards.

Participants are clearly informed of the nature of the program, the role of AI-powered tools, and how their information will be used or shared. Informed consent is obtained before program entry.
