Support that feels grounded, thoughtful, and practical
Dan works with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally stretched, or under sustained pressure. Sessions are shaped around what is happening in your life now, with an emphasis on steadiness, understanding, and realistic movement forward.
Together, you make sense of what’s going on, clarify what matters most, and identify practical ways to build capacity in daily life. This might include strengthening emotional regulation, re-engaging with important activities, or finding a more sustainable way to approach life with renewed energy and focus.
All services are delivered within a supervised clinical governance model to ensure safety and quality.
Calm, practical support for real life
Sessions are conversational and down-to-earth. They focus on what is happening in your body, habits, relationships, work, and wider context — not just symptoms in isolation.
The work is collaborative and practical. Together, you make sense of patterns, identify what is keeping things stuck, and look for small, meaningful shifts that help you feel more settled, more clear-headed, and more able to function in day-to-day life.
