We began in a small riverside town — but our work is shaped by collaborators around the world. We’re a growing network of coaches, technologists, and practitioners committed to change.
The Lumenara Team
Lumenara is built by people who’ve worked at the intersection of psychology, product, coaching, education, and technology — and who care about what actually helps in real moments.
We’re a mix of psychologists, technologists, human-centred designers, educators, and coaches. We draw from evidence-based methods and contemplative traditions, with one aim: practical skills that hold up outside the room.
We’re based in Melbourne, first prototyped in Echuca, and connected to collaborators globally. Our work spans enterprise environments, community delivery, and digital tools — designed for people with different lives, contexts, and starting points.
